1 O Lord, who may abide in your tent?

    Who may dwell on your holy hill?

O YHWH, who can stay at your shelter?
2 Those who walk blamelessly and do what is right

Who may inhabit your holy hill?
    and speak the truth from their heart;
+
 
3 who do not slander with their tongue
+
The ones who:
    and do no evil to their friends
+
DO walk in the way of integrity
    nor heap shame upon their neighbors;
+
DO work at doing what’s right
4 in whose eyes the wicked are despised
+
DO speak truth from the heart;
    but who honor those who fear the Lord;
+
 
who stand by their oath even to their hurt;

The ones who:
5 who do not lend money at interest
+
DON’T slander with twisted tongue
    and do not take a bribe against the innocent.

DON’T malign family or friends
Those who do these things shall never be moved.

O YHWH, who can stay at your shelter? Who may inhabit your holy hill?

The ones who: DO walk in the way of integrity DO work at doing what’s right DO speak truth from the heart;

The ones who: DON’T slander with twisted tongue DON’T malign family or friends DON’T pile shame upon their neighbors;

The ones who: DO perceive the wicked as worthless; DO give weight to the ways of the godly; DO keep their word, even when it hurts
